We drive the decarbonization of products, operations, and supply chains – through resource-efficient manufacturing processes, the use of 100% green electricity, and the integration of renewable energies. With our patented manufacturing process, we reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 80% and lower material consumption by up to 80%. This creates added value for customers, the climate, and society.

Our headquarters in Langenfeld are powered by 100% green electricity – for resource-efficient manufacturing and CO₂-reduced production processes.

With our internally developed process, we reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 80% and save 50–80% material. Thanks to flexible post-processing and without negative molds, even small batch sizes remain economical. HSP compensates emissions through certified reforestation projects, e.g., in Papua New Guinea, supports local communities, and promotes sustainable climate protection measures.

Our packaging is fully biodegradable, reduces waste, and relieves the environment along the supply chain.

HSP is currently developing a system for recording CO₂ equivalents per product – for measurable ecological responsibility at the component level. By 2026, we will achieve full transparency regarding the ecological footprint of every component.

Through smart resource use and reprocessing, we create sustainable value that benefits both businesses and the environment.

HSP complies with international quality standards such as DIN EN ISO 9001 and other industry-specific standards. Certification according to DIN EN 9100 for aerospace is currently being established.
